Choosing the right officiant is one of the most important decisions you’ll make during the wedding planning process. The way a ceremony feels will be something you and your families will remember well beyond what the weather was like and how the food tasted. With all of the mindfulness training experience we have, coupled with years of coaching expertise, we are able to bring our clients the most beautiful, meaningful, and unique ceremonies available. We work closely with our clients to create a fully customized service that celebrates the rareness of your relationship. We design a memorable, heartfelt experience for you and your guests. Whether you are interested in something short and sweet, or a more elaborate ceremony, we are happy to collaborate with you to make the experience exactly what you’re looking for.

Which one has the best fit for the two of you?

Many couples with no affiliation want a ceremony that is more meaningful than going to the courthouse. That is when the question of “who will marry us?” comes up. The perfect fit for the couple is a custom crafted ceremony by an Officiant who is not bound by religious laws, principles, doctrines or regulations.

We live in an ever-changing world.  Very different from the stuff that fairytales are made of.  Cinderella didn’t have to worry about “what is my family going to say when I tell them he is not of our faith?” Your marriage is the blending of the two of you and your respective families, in the real world of today. Together we generate a dialogue, with compassion and understanding, to assist in bringing families together to recognize what your connections and commitments are really all about.

A spiritual, more universe-focused ceremony will allow your guests to feel and witness the beauty, while never realizing that there is little to no mention of religion.  The focus is on the earth, the sun, the sky and universe as a whole.  Lovely in its verbiage and feel, a spirit filled ceremony appeals to all, as it traditionally transcends all religious and cultural beliefs. This type of ceremony can be a great solution for families who are struggling with the blending of two different cultures and or religions.

Having access to an ordained minister who was born and raised Jewish with hints of Buddhism in the mix, we can provide Officiant services and information to help you meet your customary needs. Traditional Hebrew prayers and rituals are easily added if, where and when the couple would like them to be.

Still in love after all these years and want to renew the vows that brought you together in the first place? Maybe your initial wedding didn’t go as well as you had hoped it would, or you simply want to repeat out loud once again the special feelings you have for one another.  The renewal of vows is the perfect choice.  Together we will build a personal ceremony that reflects the love you felt for each other as bride and groom and how your love has grown over the years.

Are you marring for a second time? Celebrating love again can be just as romantic and should not be relegated to take a back seat to your first go around. With love, lightness, humor, and wisdom we fashion a ceremony to remember.

Have you been together for years waiting and waiting for the law to change? Well finally you can marry.  Maybe you are you in the early stages of love? Either way, your decision to commit to a life partner is a wonderful step in life and your relationship. Together we will create the words that will be spoken from your hearts on your special day.  It will be a personal reflection of your relationship and your future years together.

Are you of belief system that just can’t be placed in some nice neat category?  Maybe your fiancé is religious and you are not.  We embrace all belief systems and can bring to your wedding the elements that are important to all.

INITIAL CONSULTATION AND PLANNING MEETING – We want you to feel totally comfortable our services, which is why we offer a consultation to begin the process.  We typically conduct these initial consultations via phone or FaceTime, but if you would prefer to meet in person somewhere mutually agreeable, we can certainly do so.  We will ask you questions about what you feel is important to include in your ceremony and get to know the two of you to learn a bit about your relationship.  This information will help us in writing your ceremony to make sure it reflects your beliefs and personalities.

CEREMONY EDITING – Following your planning meeting, we will write a full draft of your ceremony and email it to you for your review.  You can revise your draft ceremony as much as you’d like until it is the exact wedding ceremony you want, and then simply email your edited draft back.  We want it to feel perfect. Some couples prefer just a simple outline so their reactions to the words are less rehearsed, which is of course absolutely fine as well.

THE CEREMONY* – We will arrive at your wedding 15 minutes early to help coordinate with your attendants and vendors and get ready for the processional.  We are more than happy to work with other wedding professionals, and are perfectly comfortable with photographers taking pictures anywhere they would like during the ceremony.

*Please note that the marriage license is the responsibility of the couple to take care of before the wedding in accordance with the laws of the county where the ceremony will be held.

We will assist in all kinds of ceremonies:  commitment ceremonies, baby naming or baby blessings, house blessings, and Memorials and Funerals.  If you have an idea of what type of celebration your heart desires, we will be pleased to help you create it.
